I am a Registered Mental Health Nurse with the UK Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), with extensive experience supporting individuals across a wide range of mental health settings, including acute adult mental health, rehabilitation, forensic services, detoxification, and substance misuse, working in inpatient, primary care, and community environments.

In both my professional role and private practice, I offer a range of trauma-informed therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/Tapping), and Matrix Reimprinting using EFT/Tapping.

I am fully insured to provide these therapies through Holistic Insurance Services and continue to practice within the scope of my nursing registration. I also hold an enhanced DBS and Barring List check for working with both adults and children. However, please note that due to the nature of the treatments I offer, therapy services are only available to individuals aged 18 and over.

In addition, I hold a British Psychological Society (BPS) accredited certificate in Clinical Supervision and provide formal supervision to other practitioners seeking support from a registered professional.
